The Woman Walker is that space, a coaching process for women who feel they are in a transition phase with a consistent cycle: stop, understand, decide, and act. 

Through 60 minute sessions (online and/or face to face), we create a structured and conscious path adapted to you.

This process may be for you if:

  • you seek depth and sustained transformation
  • you are in a life or career transition phase
  • you want support to align life, work and/or well-being
  • you wish to create routines that respect your body and your rhythm
  • you need structure to transform intentions into concrete actions
  • you recognize patterns that keep you in the same place

Here, the focus is to stopp with intention to move forward with direction.
