Woman Walker
The Woman Walker is a space to gain clarity, direction, and movement, through a path designed for women who feel it’s time to move forward with greater awareness, structure, and autonomy.
This may be your moment if you feel you do a lot but rarely have time to stop and organise; if you know something needs to change, even if you don’t yet have everything clearly defined; or if you already have enough clarity to move forward but are looking for structure and guidance.
Transformation happens when there is time to walk, observe, decide, and act. That’s why each session is designed as a conscious step in this coaching journey.
Over three months, with six 1.5-hour sessions, in person and/or online, each session is an invitation to walk with attention, observe what emerges, make conscious decisions, and experiment changes that make sense for you.
You may discover new ways to align your life, work, and well-being; create routines that respect your body and your rhythm; set boundaries with more confidence; explore professional paths or projects that call to you; or turn intentions into concrete actions.
Each process is unique, and every step is yours.
