When you are looking for a different way to restore your energy, feel safer and reconnect with your body.
Through 60-minute sessions (online or in person), we create a safe space to understand what you are experiencing and how your body and nervous system respond to stress.
Each session combines conversation, awareness of bodily sensations and simple regulation exercises.
Gradually, you will learn to recognise your body's signals, strengthen your sense of safety and support your nervous system in responding with more flexibly to life's demands.
This process may be right for you if you:

- experience fatigue, physical tension or persistent symptoms;
